This is the first hostel in the city of Aveiro, opened in July 2009. This fountain is one of the city symbols because it has the image of the patron saint of the city, São João Baptista, made by João Cutileiro. The fountain was repaired in 1940. It has two ajutages placed on each side of a cup where the water runs too.
