Restaurant operating since 1964, with rustic decor and family atmosphere, serving a menu where stands out the fish and seafood. Formerly it was a typical Tavern of fishermen, where the good fish and grilled seafood made the fame of the House.

A historic center that has undergone requalification and enhancement works, where you can find several houses with the famous Arraiolos carpets. A pleasant pedestrian area, where typical Alentejo houses and traditional shops stand out.

In this 18th-century church, the main door stands out for its decoration with pilasters and simulated corbels, topped by a quadrilobed oculus. Also noteworthy are the tall octagonal section and another rectangular section where the chancel and sacristy are located.

Traces of a strong military architecture, 17th century, bastions in clod of polygonal plant, with outer moat and covered path. Is one of the strong in "architecture of the Earth" still subsisting in Portugal, being totally built in clod (mixture of Earth, clay, pebbles and stone uvula), without any trace of masonry. Hidden from the city of Horta by Monte Queimado, Porto Pim Beach has soft, black sand, very typical of these volcanic islands. The bay of Porto Pim is, without a doubt, a place of rare beauty. Monte da Guia and the aforementioned Monte Queimado constitute natural barriers to the entry of sea water, making these waters calm and deep blue. Its green spaces and fortification, make that bathers consider it the best beach on the island.

The Mata do Choupal (wood) it’s one of the most beautiful places of the city, owning a flora and fauna herd to find in any other part of the country. It has few exemplars of the trees it was named after, with the exception of some specimens as the white poplar, the American poplar and the black poplar. Although the vegetation is getting old, the Choupal is still the most famous park in the city. It is here that you find the hippic centre of Coimbra and ride on horseback in this beautiful space.

Belonging to the set attached to the Águas Livres Aqueduct, an aqueduct, in stone, created to get water to the Terreiro do Paço de Queluz for consumption of the Royal Mews. The work was created in the place of two sources: the source of Gargantada and do Pocinho and served several fountains and fountains in Queluz. Built by d. To get to the beach, one may follow the river to its mouth or descend a steep cliff, at the Pintadinho Beach.

A well preserved village that stands out for its small farms and old summer manors. A special note to the old summer manor of the House of Bragança, rather visited by the courts when they went to the São Pedro do Sul thermae.
