Solar da Bica is a traditional Madeiran architecture, with comfortable rooms and a garden with panoramic views. The construction of the House began in 1898 and belonged to Alfredo Roque Gameiro, watercolorist. In its interior is preserved a considerable collection of tiles, as a Panel by Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro, besides other decorative features that reflect the influence of the nationalist movement of the 19TH century 90 generation. This House can be visited.

This is one of the busiest river beaches in the region. It belongs to the Ancient Massif of Trás-os-Montes, located to the North of Bragança, in the border with Spain. Part of the Natural Park of the Montesinho Mountain, this is where it reaches its tallest altitude: 1481 metres.One can take several pedestrian walks, mountain bike or drive a car along the rivers and getting acquainted with fauna and th fora of the region, as well as its typical villages and its archaeological vestiges.

Located near the São Pedro do Sul thermae, in a deep valley surrounded by cliffs, with the so.called Hell Portal to the west. This villag is composed of small schist houses and narrow streets with vines. The inhabitants are farmers and shepherds, mostly corn farmers. It has one of the biggest communal goat herds in the country.

The first Franciscan convent founded in Portugal in 1222 by order of Dona Sancha, daughter of Dom Sancho I. Although deeply damaged by the 1755 earthquake, some elements from earlier periods remain. In the 16th-century cloister, the highly ornate Manueline portal that gives access to the Chapter House remains.

House built in the early 17th century, presenting a facade with sober lines, where stands a stone weapons. Located near to the main body, was built a chapel, where highlights a rectangular frame Mannerist portal, surmounted by a triangular pediment. In the year 2000, the farm was transformed into a unit of Turismo de Habitação.
