This beach is formed by two distinct waterways that form an island, Picoto Island. It consists of two dams with a pedestrian crossing, a children's pool, picnic tables and barbecues, and changing rooms.

A beach adapted for people with reduced mobility, it offers a range of facilities such as playgrounds, a children's playground, bars, and pedal boat, bicycle, and pedal-powered vehicle rentals.

The Ruivães e Moreira do Rei River Beach is a bucolic space, surrounded by nature and rusticity. It has tables and benches for picnics.

It is one of the must-see spots in the riverside parish of Valada. Fluvina welcomes small and medium-sized recreational boats and is a pleasant leisure area, from where it is possible to contemplate a beautiful panoramic view over the Tagus River and the floodplain fields. It is also quite popular with fans of water sports and, right next to it, there is a river beach, much appreciated in the warmer months. There is also a picnic area nearby.
