Door was built in the reign of Dom Pedro II, then King of Portugal and the Algarve, to symbolize, as can be read in the inscription, the entry of so many triumphs of the Portuguese and spoils taken the Spanish with the help of God and of His Pure Mother.

This Park has an enviable location in the heart of the city of Alcobaça, and has games and shadows, where you can easily set up camp. Be sure to visit the monuments of Alcobaça, as well as the Wine Museum and the Museum of Crystal.

Elevation located at approximately 972 meters above sea level, close to large pyroclastic formations. Nearby, you can find Lagoa do Ilhéu, the Chã do Pelado elevation and Lagoa da Rosada.

Near Foz de Alge (Alge river) are the Fragas or Penhas de São Simão. In addition to the beautiful landscape that surrounds it, you can see, from here, the ruins of blacksmiths, dating back to the 18th century.

From the terrace one can view the tip of the Sagres Lighthouse and the Atalaia in the opposit direction. A room built in wood and stone that fits very well with the surrounding nature. It has a nic atmosphere and serves fine dishes.

This friendly restaurant sharing the concept and the magnificent view over the Bay of Câmara de Lobos with fish Village restaurant, located right next door. Here you can select from a huge variety of meats.

A restaurant that is quite fame in the region, created in 1982 and enlarged in 1998. It has a waiting room where one can have an appéritif while awaiting a place. It currently serves more than 100 people a day.
