This beach is very well known and popular with national and foreign tourists, with approximately three kilometers of fine and clear sand. The waterfront has a lot of nightlife, many restaurants, bars and a casino.

This Rural Museum shows the rural customs throughout the ages. It dinamizes the rural heritage through traditional festivities and "romarias", where the agricultural works are shown, namely the "desfolhada" and the "janeiras".

A restaurant with views of the Sintra mountain, where the customers may watch the dishes being prepared, with a special note to the live coal grilled dishes. On Saturday nights there are fado performances.
