Cerâmica muito antiga, de que existem referências a partir do século XII, conserva reminiscências da cultura celta. A mais característica é a de barro vermelho com vidro transparente e decoração em tons de amarelo e verde com castanho. A partir de 1189 há referências aos oleiros e forneiros de "Ollas" e às telhas existentes na Vila de "Mafara".

This 17th century building is shaped like a four-pointed star, each protected by guardhouses.
