With a good view over the Bay of São Martinho, nothing better to do than sit here while feasting seafood. The house specialties are based on seafood and fish every day from lota from Nazaré. Their extensive list out daily made dishes the accuracy as are the case of rice of cod tongues, the fish cataplana, the grilled sole to salt, or sea bass in the oven. For lovers of good seafood the list is vast and distinguished: seafood parrilhada and cataplana, spider crab and edible crab are high on the list.

Castro deployed down upon the village, on the right side of the road that connects Hill to stop, a granite promontory. It is believed that existed here a fortified settlement, opinion supported by collecting pottery shards and indigenous oral information micácea who claim that here existed walls and remains of dwellings. Currently, there are little evident traces of ancient population occupation.

The Cabreira mountain is a 1286 metres high elevation. It belongs to the Peneda-Gerês mointanous system. On this track, which results from the transformation of an old railway line between Fafe and Guimarães, it is possible to walk, run, skate and cycle. The 14 kilometers of track offer pleasant landscapes and fresh air, in full contact with Nature. Traffic is prohibited for vehicles with motors.

To discover the charms of the riverside area of Lagos, there is nothing better than walking along the sidewalk, in Portuguese pavement, of Avenida dos Descobrimentos.
