The Portuguese Toy Museum is located in Casa do Arnado, on the right bank of the Lima River, next to the Roman bridge. It features a permanent exhibition of toys of Portuguese origin, dating from the end of the 19th century and extending until 1986. You can also appreciate the different manufacturing techniques and raw materials used in their design. Do not leave without going through the magnificent garden to the "Sala das Brincadeiras" and the "Oficina do Brinquedo", as well as the space dedicated to temporary exhibitions.

Located at the Cais Novo Warehouses, where the wines of the Companhia Geral de Agricultura das Vinhas do Alto Douro used to be stored, this is a building that was constructed by the family Pinto da Cunha Saavedra in the 1700s. This archaeological site consists of six schist panels, featuring hundreds of insculptural engravings, engraved using three different techniques: incision, pecking, and abrasion. The engravings depict a variety of motifs, including weapons (spears, daggers, and blades), agricultural tools (sickles), geometric designs (zigzags, lattices, circles, triangles), and podomorphic and filiform designs, dimples, and more. Some are more recent, likely executed during the Late Bronze Age and early Iron Age. It is classified as a Property of Public Interest.

The high part of Guimarães was the first to approach the wall; it was probably during the Kingdom of D. Dinis. From this wall that is extended through around two thousand metres, it only survived an extensive chunk and from the eight towers that were distributed thought the wall, there is still one on the Vila Door. It is, in fact, the Clock Tower of Santarém and was erected in the 15th century on top of a tower within the walled enclosure of the old medieval town. It is one of the city's best-known buildings, and its popular name, Torre das Cabaças (Tower of the Gourds), comes from the clay gourds used to amplify the sound of the imposing bronze bell dating from 1604. From its 26-meter height, it is possible to see the city's urban layout and the surrounding fields. Currently, it houses the Time Museum.
