O Theatro Club foi mandado edificar em 1904 por António Lopes, da autoria do Arquiteto Moura Coutinho. O estilo arquitetónico assume particular relevância em Portugal através da decoração de fachadas, com destaque para o aproveitamento do azulejo. No interior, realce para a sala de espetáculos profusamente decorada com pinturas em toda a extensão do teto e parede envolvendo a boca de cena. A Galeria Municipal de Exposições também funciona neste edifício. The Pilar Hill is a geologically interesting granite spot, the larges monolith in the Iberian Peninsula. One of the parish's main attractions because of its wonderful landscapes and because of activities such as rappel and via ferratta.

The São Mmede Hill, with one of the prettiest landscapes in the Minho region, is 750 metres high. Besides the astounding views, one may visit the Fontarcada Church, the monasteries of Tibães, Rendufe and Bouro, the castle of Lanhoso, the Tower of Machados (Axes or a family name) and the shrines of Sameiro, Our Lady of Pilar and Porto de Ave.

This chapel is placed next to a fort in Lanhoso and it is composed by five chapels of the Way of the Cross representing some of the stcenes of the Golgotha drama. The image of the Saint has its origins on the Sanctuary in Monte do Pilar in Vila Nova de Gaia and it arrived at Póvoa de Lanhoso in 1680 through the devotee André da Silva Machado a wealthy merchant from Valdemil.

A typical village of the Minho region, located in one of the parishe's highest spots, the Merouço. It preserves its old ways and offers its visitors a pleasant rural tourism. Rustic houses, recovered mills and plenty of nature, together with a unique craftswork, the filigran, the art of gold.

This bridge has an easel shape laying in one high arch. The guards are made of granite and the pavement was asphalted.

Romanesque temple, built in the 12th century, forming part of the convent erected in the year 1067, granite stonework. Features a portico with three archivolts supported by six columns, topped with carved capitals and protruding abacuses. The main façade is Gothic rose window. The single ship interior, covered wood and round, vaulted chancel of two sections and arranged on two floors.

Village from the iron age (1st millennium BC-(16th century). IV ad), a arqueossítio of great interest which was the subject of successive interventions. Consists of ruins of dwellings situated at the foot of the Castro culture North of Mount on which stands the castle of Lanhoso, reconstructed and today well-maintained. Among the finds is the set of 3 Gold torques (Archaic Aureas Jewelry – distinctive objects warlords) worked with applications in filigree, anticipate in more than 3 thousand years the local art of working the gold. Construction of military protection is located in a hilly location with a stunning panoramic view. The remains of several types of construction in the Tower proved their longevity. It houses the Museum of the castle of Lanhoso.

A rather lovely beach, with plenty of sunshine, by the Cávado river. It has vigilance and a picnic area.
