At the Parque da Serra d'Aire e Candeeiros, this space is a restaurant and a pub that once was an olive oil press. The menu features regional flavurs in a rustic and welcoming house and lively live music weekends. It has another room that can welcome up to 400 people, for several events.

In the Castromil Gold Mines, there is a gold deposit whose archaeological evidence testifies that, at least 2000 years ago, the Roman people developed gold mining activities in this location. Numerous ancient underground works can be observed here, as well as concavities in the side walls for placing lighting lamps.

Only the lower part of the furnace of two pear-shaped kilns can be observed, with a small access corridor and three arches supporting the grate (which has since been demolished). Waste materials from the manufacturing process were found in two pits located south of the kilns.
