The Vinhais Biological Park aims to preserve, promote and interpret the typical region landscape, offering outdoor experiences such as hiking, donkey rides, wildlife observation and sporting activities. In addition to being a Park, it is also a natural reserve, promoting the protection of the region's fauna and flora, an ecomuseum, conserving and promoting traditional architecture and crafts, and a monument to local culture.

A place of great natural beauty, where the clear waterfalls stand out, accessible through paths carved into the rock. Picnic parks, changing rooms and a bar are the available infrastructure.

Rocky beach with an extensive sandy beach, located in the Protected Landscape area of the Esposende Coast. Every year the famous "Holy Bath" takes place here on August 24th, the aim of which is to rid people of bad energies.

Very beautiful and isolated beach, great for walking or horse riding. It belongs to the Esposende Coastal Protected Landscape area.

Simple and short trail, starting near the Apúlia Windmills. This route covers a distance of 7.40 km and its reduced difficulty allows it to be followed at any time of year.

Protohistoric fortified settlement consisting of three lines of walls, denoting several construction phases. It was occupied in the Chalcolithic period, in the 3rd century BC; then, continuously, from the 5th century BC until the 5th/6th century AD; and later, from the 12th century to the 14th century, when a small castle was built.

Stuffed with chila pumpkin jam and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, this conventual sweet originates from Fão. This dessert, known since the end of the 19th century, is the symbol of local sweets, and there are few visitors who don't try it.

Extensive beach, located next to the mouth of the Cávado river, with several tents for rent. You ca play volleyball, windsurfing and surfing, which is why young people like it. It has a "tourist train" that connects the city and the beach.

Temple built in the 16th century, where the valuable contents stand out. Inside, the Chapel of Nosso Senhor dos Mareantes is worth mentioning, with carvings and imagery from the 16th and 17th centuries, some panels illustrating episodes of the Passion of Christ and, in the vault, polychrome relief representations of a popular nature.
