This is a viewpoint filled with evocative marble plaques bearing excerpts from poems by famous Portuguese authors who studied in Coimbra. It also has an area called "Retiro dos Poetas" (Poets' Retreat), with effigies of authors such as Eça de Queiroz, António Nobre, and João de Deus. It offers a magnificent panoramic view of the city.

Former Franciscan convent with a rectangular plan with two floors, dating from the 17th century, with an attached church, with a plan in the shape of a Latin cross. In the convent building, the bell tower stands out, with a quadrangular plan and three floors. The church has a single nave, accessed through a stonework portal, located in the middle of the gospel side.

The name of this manor house derives from the fact that Dom Miguel spent the night here before the Battle of Almoster. This manor house is notable for its ceilings painted with royal coats of arms, the chapel-oratory with a Baroque façade, and the porch leading to the house. The lower floor was occupied by services, while the upper floor housed the residence.

This monument is intended to evoke the 30 years of Democratic Local authorities, especially in the Centre, a parallelepiped greater than symbolizes the 25 April. Church located near the river Sor, with great beauty and architectural wealth. This richness stands out: the vault of 1564, the altar with Baroque traits and 18th-century tiles and painting in brick red, Orange and white from the ceiling of the Chamber. Also on the side walls can be admired tile panels of the Baroque era of great symbolism.

Golf Club located in Angra do Heroísmo and Praia da Vitória, with beautiful flower fields and small lakes. Was built and inaugurated by Americans from the Base of Lajes, in 1954. Features breathtaking scenery amidst trees, hills and small lakes where you can observe magnificent tree of hydrangeas and azaleas along the "fairways".

The museum is housed in a building representative of late 19th-century bourgeois architecture. The exhibits include a display of traditional Algarve costumes from the 19th and 20th centuries and a collection of popular religious sculptures. Around twenty antique Algarve vehicles are on display on the farm's premises. There is also an exhibition of harnesses and agricultural implements and an area dedicated to cork.

Opened in October, 14th, 1897, the Carlos Alberto Theatre has been an evidence of the agitated quick passing years, namely the 20ies. In February, 1979, the theatre became a multifaceted playhouse. From that date on, the Carlos Alberto National Auditorium has received different artistic areas shows: cinema, theatre, music, ballet and opera.
