Located in the Solar dos Albuquerques, an 18th-century manor house, it houses a collection of approximately 1,500 books, 710 CDs, and 375 videos. It includes a reading room, a children's and youth room, an audiovisual room, and a multipurpose room.

The Municipal Library taking Antonio Cartaxo da Fonseca is located in a modern building design, already distinguished with prizes. Among the various equipments available are: General reading room, children's reading room, audio-visual room, internet room and Auditorium.

Integrated library in the Cultural Centre of Trancoso, consisting of a room for adults, a children's room and a room with six computers with Internet access for free.

This library offers spaces for reading, listening to music, watching films, and accessing the internet. The documentary collection includes approximately 20,000 books and another 1,100 documents.
