The Old Gate restaurant is situated in the heart of Marco de Canaveses, in an 18th century House. In the letter are traditional Portuguese traditional food dishes and regional authorities, who join the regional sweets and wine.

Ideally set in a space marked for beautiful glass walls, the restaurant, intimate environment leverages the inspirations that come of the lezíria, as well as their products, many seasonal, to present a creative and letter at the same time, balanced.

The restaurant at the Hotel Sea Rock & Sun, in São Pedro de Moel, offers an excellent view to the sea and a calm and peaceful environment. The restaurant has a large living room and, in the letter, rice with seafood.

It is one of the largest and most important archaeological sites from Roman and medieval times on the Peninsula. From the town of Basilii, the foundations, the walls, floors and structures that were below ground are preserved. Among the finds made in archaeological excavations, the following stand out: the mosaic of horses, the mosaic of muses and an inscription dedicated to Mars.

At the Portela of the former, located north of the village of Penedones, there are three shallow granite outcrops, where they identify sets of anthropomorphic graves, his head perfectly defined and narrow for my feet. This is the first open-air Paleolithic rock art site to be discovered in Portugal, in 1981. The engravings depict three zoomorphic motifs, the most prominent of which is a horse. The site is known by local residents as Carneira.

This route starts next to the local Empire and follows along the road to Carapacho, ending at the Bay of port Off. In days of good visibility allows you to observe the islands of São Jorge, Pico and Faial.
